New!

My prayers have been answered! I finally received a new position at the company i work for and....drum roll please...it came with a raise!! not only does this help me from not going crazy in my last position..it helps my family out more too because now we have more money coming in and that helps us so much!
This is my second week in my new position. After only 1.5 days of training its going well. I have alot of questions but the people around me and my boss have been so helpful, this is a brand new department so we are all new. But everyone else was in a training group together and because i was in customer service and they are so busy this time a year i was held back a week. I had to train alone, one-on-one...but get this..not with a trainer..with the recruiter! so there were some parts she didnt know..which means there are some parts i now dont know.. WE are learning every day. I'm thankful for the change and i'm ready to be confident in my new position and become great at it!

Since having a baby, my husband and i havent had much time alone. Instead we truely enjoy being with our son, we spend time as a family. I just want him to know how much i appreciate him taking care of Landen all day, i know its a hard job and a job not many daddy's are prepared to do full time, instead they think its a mommy's job. Tim took on this job and he's a wonderful stay at home daddy! I'm thankful that my son has one of his parents always with him and i love the excited smiles and laughs i get from our son as soon as i walk in the door at night! He knows who his parents are and that he is loved. To see him happy and knowing that he is loved is all i can ask for..it makes my heart smile.
